Yesterday the battery got very low, and the video display began to show lines instead of the "home page."
I have charged it, and there is evidence that the programs and are still there - my PC recognizes my PDA and will sync with it.
I just paid $9.95 for your assistance, probably to be told that my video card or video capacity has gone kaput.
This PDA is several years old, Toshiba got out of the business - so is it worth repairing.
I have tried synching and initializing, to no avail.

I have not solved my problem, but can't see how else to respond. I already paid $9.99 for you service, and would like my money back. Your experts do not pay attention to the problem.
