Use code search on your jumbo to find a code that works. If a search through all codes stored in the jumbo fails, you may have to use a different universal remote. All universal remotes do not store all possible codes.
I did not find code(s) for Broksonic in my jumbo list.
Codes are listed for VCRs, so codes may work with an Akai DVD player. You can try using CODE SEARCH to find something that will work. If you search through all codes stored in the remote without success, you may have to try a different universal remote. All universal remotes do not store all possible codes.
Don't see an answer to this old question, but I just bought this unit. The box has an address: www.mscustomercare.com. Went there and was able to download the manual without any problems. Codes can be manually downloaded or learned from your older remotes.
I don't know for sure, but this might help. I asked a question myself then managed to find my own instruction sheet. My question was about the 'auto find' function where the remote tries all codes until you find one that works and store it. Hope it helps!
== This is it's instructions in case they help anyone else. By the way
where it says 'a second or even a third time' be prepeared for many
more attempts than 3!!
== First power on the equipment to be
controlled. Press the SET button and don't release, then press the
equipment control button (such as tv / vcr etc). The red light will be
on. Release the SET button then press the SET button again, the red
light will be flashing. Press the POWER button, the remote controller
will transmit a signal to power off the equipment. If the equipment
cannot be powered off for the first operation, try a second or even
third time until the equipment is powered off. When the equipment is
powered off, the code will correspond with the equipment. Press the
button for the equipment (such as TV) to save the setting.
im going to tell you automatic searching to operate your tv.... turn the tv on..
push the tv button and the on off switch at same time and watch if the led is steady ,leave the buttons., push play button and wait 5 seconds til the led finishes flashing you have to do this about 20 times to be complete secure your remote control doesnt control your tv....but if the control found the code the tv turn it off push reverse button and leave it and wait two seconds to turn the tv on and that set push stop. ........test all functions on your remote control to the tv.....saludos.
