I have cleaned filters, plugged unit in, and simultaneously inserted the filters in place firmly. Switch will not turn on, but holding the on/off switch down while randomly touching the other touch switches, I can get the unit to turn on in the turbo mode, with the run program light on. When on in this mode, no switch will work at all, not even the on/off switch. I have to unplug it then to turn it off, and go through the same semantics all over again to turn it on. What do I need to do to really re-program or re-set this unit? Thanks a LOT!
