Depending on the age of the chassis it can be sent in for inspection and repair work required.

If you're in the UK and the product is under 2 years old, please contact your retailer with your proof of purchase and they can arrange for it to be sent to our engineers for inspection / repair work required under warranty.

If you're in the UK and the product is over 2 years old or you no longer have proof of purchase please contact the customer care team on 01284 413 141 Mon-Thur 8.30-6.30 / Fri 8.30-4.30 (Excluding Bank Holidays) to discuss booking it in for chargeable inspection / repair work required.

If you're outside the UK please visit www.quinny.com and select the country you're in, then use the "Contact Us" tab on the right side for your enquiry to be sent through to the customer care team in your country.

The chassis needs to be returned to our engineers for full inspection and any repair work required if you are satisfied that you have unfolded and locked the chassis correctly.

If you are in the UK and it is under 2 years old please contact your retailer with your proof of purchase paperwork. They will book it in for inspection/repair work required under the terms and conditions of the 2 year warranty.

If you are in the UK and it is over 2 years old or you do not have proof of purchase please contact our customer service department direct on 01284 413 141 Mon-Fri 8.30-4.30 to discuss booking in and cost for inspection and repair work.

It may be that a good clean will resolve the situation. Use furniture polish or dry Teflon spray (found in the laundry aisle of larger supermarkets) and a soft cloth to clean thoroughly. Pay special attention to the central tube where the mechanism slides up and down for fold / unfold as any dirt there will cause friction and make fold / unfold difficult.

The Quinny Buzz can only be folded/unfolded with the seat in the most upright position facing forward. If this is the case and it won't unfold, remove the seat first by pushing down the two grey release buttons either side of the frame. It may be the case that the gas strut (automatic close/opening mechanism) is seized and will need replacing. This can only be done by Dorel UK 01842 763 281 as it is a pressurised unit. Hope this helps

if you place your hands on either side of the stroller keeping your hands on the side of the handle at the same time pull uo and that rfolds and unfolds stroller

Hi to unfold undo the clip if there is 1, some don't have them. lift the handle slightly then it should unfold it self.
To fold you need to apply the brake, stand in frnt then the 2 large grey buttons either side of seat, 1 pushes in 1 comes forward, do this & pull down towards your feet this will fold it up. Don't mistake the small grey buttons on side of seat they are to lay seat back/forwrsd etc; the large buttons are on the frame.

Sometimes the stroller does not automatically unfold easily if the seat is attached. If the seat is not attached, and the stroller is still not automatically unfolding properly, there is probably something wrong with the internal spring. have you had the stroller long? Quinny says that the spring will last "virtually forever", but we all know that there are always lemons. If you have not had the stroller for a very long time, contact quinny and ask for a replacement. They have been pretty good about getting them out to clients.
