I am so angry that my sony walkman is not able to get videos!!!! help me!!! i have tried everything!!!!!

Solution #2 did not work for me as the UTube to iPod converter does not allow me to read file. It allows to add URL only. But, I used another freeware converter Super from eSoft, using the settings speciifed in solution #2 and it worked perfectly.

Don't be angry! This is simply a file format problem, easily fixed.
Firstly, keep in mind the resolution of the video needs to be 320x240 because that's what Walkman plays. The best way to convert your video (well, the simplest - you can use Handbrake and a myriad of things, but this works in a less confusing manner) that I have found is through DVDVideosoft's program, available for free download here: http://www.dvdvideosoft.com/
From there, (once downloaded and installed) you need to download and install the YouTube to iPod component (but that's relatively easy and quick on a decent connection) by clicking the first option in the left-hand side menu, "1. YouTube to iPod Converter" which will prompt you to download and install. (I know it says iPod but it works in the same file format, MP4. It also says YouTube, but works for any file on your computer.) Then, when that's done, click again on the YouTube to iPod Converter link, locate the file in the input URL field (by clicking browse, ensure that where it says "file type" in the dropdown box in the open menu, you change it to say "all file types" instead of flv). Click open.
Where it says "devices" under the output file field, select Apple IPod. Next to that, select "iPod Classic High Quality (MPEG4, 30fps, 320x240; AAC - 192KBit" and convert. This will dump the new file in the same folder as the previous unconverted file was - if you want to change that, find a new location in the output file field below the input file field :)
That should all be fine once your converted to 320x240 MP4, if the video file size is small enough to fit on your Walkman. Hope that helps you! Let me know if this solution doesn't work and I'll try to find another one, but that's how I convert my video files. =D

U just convert any vedio into mp4 format and place it in the vedios folder if the vedio does not play then first convert the vedio into mpeg format then convert the mpeg file into mp4 and place it in the folder
