Service req. c0090 error code

i have had the printer unplugged for about 3 months i hav just replugged it in and this code has come up. i cannot find anything online can you help pls.

Might be something mechanical, stuck or jammed. Perhaps a copy of the parts diagram and/or the multi part service manual might be of more help.
Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.
