Error code 51421 means that your wii wasn't able to connect to your router(Internet) ***The Internet Service for the Wii was stopped awhile ago, so you wont be able to connect.***
If you have pressed the sync button on wii, then on the wii-mote, and it still didn't sync, try unplugging the Wii console for few minutes and try the process again. There is another syncing mode, but you have to have at least one wii-mote connected to the wii. You press the home button and the click on the wii-mote on the screen. There will be a reconnect button. Press that and then press both the 1 and 2 buttons on the wii-mote[s] you want to connect. This is the ONE TIME ONLY connect mode, used when playin on a friends Wii. Once the Wii is powered off, the wii-mote wont be connected any longer and will still be the default wii-mote for your wii system [not on your friends]. Hope this helps.
