Generic problem for all Receivers

Need Help.

I just bought a Jvc Rx-552V receiver and when I turn up the volume to about half it clicks on and off. Can you help me ?

Ive tryed these, the problem sounds like a weak relay or something, although I opened it right up, I could not find the problem.
This Problem has been added to the Share Your Expertise Page under "My Work Queue".

check all speakers cables for good connection from receiver rear to speaker---no short between speakers cables----bring a spray contact lubricant and apply it over volume and then move it forward and backward.

it needs hardware solution by qualified service technician in service center.
