Yahoo got hacked not too long ago and they were recommending for people to change their passwords. Can you still get into your yahoo email? You might need to tell them to reset your password and have the reset lik sent to another email address.
Most email providers like gmail, hotmail etc won't let you change your email address other then making a new account. Reading your question your email account has been hacked.. Best thing to do is change your password to keep them out.. Make sure you use a strong password ... Use upper/lower case letters and numbers ... Example: SolUtiOnsTodAY20120 ... That would be very hard for hacks to get in with that password
If your email account password has been hacked or is apparently hacked and you are the legitimate owner of that account then you should immediately dig out the contact information of the customer care department of the online company your email account belongs to (like famous online companies that provide email services hotmail.com and Yahoo.com). Get in touch with a LIVE customer care representative preferably on a phone line. You can search your email company's customer care phone contacts on Google.com. The email company's customer care representatives are there and will help you to get your email account back.
You will have to notify your email provider, and explain the problem to them. They can reset your password, and end this problem.
You will have to email support, and they will assist you.
Go to your email's home page (create another account if you have to or use a friend's computer to get to your email provider's home page). Choose "Help" on the home page, then Support, and explain what's going on.
Good luck, and hope this helps.
