Question about Philips Magnavox 27MS343S 27" TV
We bought a TV from the owner. It was working fine and then when we tried to adjust the color it went to what appears to be a store demo text. It repeats itself over and again and pushing buttons or trying to use the remote control is useless. We cant even turn it off without unplugging it.It begins with "Here's why this hould be your next TV" and then proceeds to the next screen which says "easy to use remote control" "great picture" "smart features" after which it demonstrates close captioning, sleep timer, etc. I'm sure there's a way to get it to work since it was working fine when we got it. Your help would be appreciated. I have three magnavox TV's and am very happy with your products. Can you help?
Could you please provide the model number of your TV?
It appears that the TV demo was activated by accident.
