Question about Graco LeisureSport 7420 Jogger

1 Answer

I have a graco 3 in 1 travel system with a car adapter base. When fitted to the back seat of our 1999 renault scenic due to the angle of the base of the back seat the car seat is too upright causing my daughters head to fall forewards (she is only 2 weeks old). The adjustment leg of the base jacks the seat up at the back but i need it ot be jacked up at the front because at its lowest setting it is still too high. Are there any spacers or adapters i can purchase to adjust this as a new car is out of the question. The front seat has an airbag which cannot be turned off.

Found copy of manual at www.gracobaby.com. Page 39 explains that the rear of the car seat base can be levelled up using a rolled up towel.(http://www.gracobaby.com/assets/pdfs/instructions/851-6-02_ISPC021BB.pdf)

Need instructions for installing carrier in stroller of Graco Travel system -- aka baby carrier into stroller

Recline the stroller seat. There are probably little plastic handles on each side of the stroller seat that you push in while you stand behind the stroller, to recline that seat. Then, you put the carrier into the stroller, facing the back of the stroller. The little notches in the bottom of the carseat fit right onto the edge of the stroller tray. You can test that you've done it right by pulling upward on the carseat. It should not come up and out of the stroller unless you pull the red handle on the back of the carseat as you life the handle of the carrier. I hope this helps!

Attaching baby carrier to rear seat of Graco duo stroller.

It should latch onto the tray/bar and then there should be two red clips on the stroller that you click/lock onto the foot area of the seat.

Is this stroller compatible with other car seats such as Graco?

The manufacturer will not say that your Graco seat will fit in their stroller safely, however you could try your Graco in it and see if you feel safe that it will not fall out or be pulled out by your toddler.
Perego prefers to market their items to go with their car seats only, but we have found that the Graco seats fit nicely in most strollers. You should hook the stroller harness on to the lap belt routing path on your car seat to ensure safest travel in the stroller.

Parts

If you go to the Graco website, there is a link to order replacement parts. When you click on that link, you only see options for infant car seat bases, play yard and crib sheets, locking clip, and toys. However, to the right side of the screen, you can enter the model number and serial number or manufacture date of the travel system. I wasn't sure of your exact travel system, since the site didn't show an option for Mocha, and since the Quattro is available in Quattro Tour and Quattro Tour Deluxe. However, I did manage to find this list of replacement parts for the Quattro Tour system in Lattice. You should be able to use the replacement parts link to customize your search for parts to your exact travel system.
