Delete key doesn work


Check the device drivers and see if the updated keyboard drivers are fully active. If you see that the driver message comes back, You Have The Best Driver; then replace the Keyboard as it is defective.

probably faulty hardware related to keyboard. you can try reinstall keyboard drivers but that probably will not solve your your problem. i advice you to take your laptop to a repair service for change that keyboard

have you rebooted? boot into bios and see if you can backspace or normal space there, if nothing works i'd just replace the keyboard

Nothing is supposed to be done to enable or disable, not that I know of. Possibly, your keyboard is the problem, which is very anoying.

Is anything jammed under it? Just stick a penknife under the key to lever it off.

Certain keys won't function on keyboard


Could be that the connector from the keyboard to the mainboard is crooked. Try taking the keyboard off and wiggling the connector from the keyboard to the board so that it is a snugger fit.
