-   I had this phone going on 7 months now. its been bi polar since day one, now its freakin TRI-POLAR because it freezes every chance it gets and my friends think that im full of **** and just hanging up because it resets itself and doesnt hold a charge very long. i had a warranty- in store replacement with radio shack, but because they didnt carry this model for boost anymore, i was *** out, or i could send it in and they would send me a check, depending on the conition of the phone. doesnt sound like an in store replacement to me!! i think that motorolla should have a sit down with EVERY store that sells their product and explain to them that theres a pride issue that they need to maintain!! because right now,im against RADIO SHACK,MOTOROLLA, AND THE ******** who invented this tweeked out KRZR!! -   DETHLAB13

-   it freezes and blinks. when i take out the battery and put it back in, the screen is the same as before i even took the battery out -   Guest
