Could be just a blown fuse or circuit breaker. Fuses are generally located close to the unit in a small box on the side of the house. You will have to flip the box open to find the fuses. It may have a cartridge you have to pull out. Fuses are not visibly bad, you have to check them with an ohm meter or sometimes a hardware store can check them for you. Otherwise you will have to buy two and just replace them both.
The circuit breakers are usually in the house along with all the other breakers in a main panel. There will be two breakers and will probably be visibly tripped. Just flip them all the way back and forward to reset

There should be an overload protection device in series with the low voltage wiring(t-stat wiring) Is it resting on the heat strip or too close to it? It is a saftey device to shut off the heat strips if the fan quits or a fire in the heat strip section. check that or by pass it, if it stays running then ur thermal protector is bad, couple bucks at the parts house.

How do I turn on the circuit breaker on my goodman ac? The smarter Tec flipped the circuit breaker. Do I turn it or push it?

If it is the breaker box in your house, then just push it to the side so it is lined up with the other breakers in the box. Actually any breaker will be like that. If it is the disconnect outside then it pulls out and you flip it over and put it back in.

Not getting colling in ducting

go outside to the condensing unit there are two copper lines going into the bottom of the unit one small 3/8" line usually bare and the other 3/4-1&1/4" the small line should be warm or hot to the touch and the large insulated line should be could and have a sweat where it goes into the unit. If the large line is frozen you are low on freon and there is a block of ice in the evaporator unit. if it is warm you again have a problem. In either case you will need an EPA certified technician to recharge the unit. If you go outside and nothing is running the check your breaker first. If O.K. then within three feet of the unit is a power disconnect that will either have a pull out handle with slow blow fuses or a breaker if fuses re-place the fuses if a breaker flip the breaker. Then go in and turn your stat to cool. As a safety device there is a three second delay from when you turn on the stat until the a/c starts. MAKE SURE BREAKER IS OF BEFORE CHANGING FUSES. AN A/C HAS 240 VOLTS and between 30-60 amps CAN kill you. However if you use caution you will be O.K.
