Paper jam

hi my hp dj 5943 printer always geting jam. wen i switch on the printer that time paper taking and geting jam in half of the printer. i canceled and give a print comment again same problem. pls anyone give me correct solution.
I have the same problem.

i checked all gears, thats not a problem. when paper reach the sensor then paper comes out 5 inch then geting paper jam. its doesnt start printing.

Are you sure you have the correct size paper?
Also check and make sure the exit rollers are turning, if not then there is a broken gear in hte fuser
