Copies are fully black streaked on 1/3 of page followed by 3/4 inch white then 1/2 inch black 3/4 inch white, 3/4 inch black then white the rest of the page. No difference on any type of original or if I just copy with no original and the cover down.

The problem is that that there a small piece of glass that the doc feeder use's to scan the orginal. You will have to clean the small glass it's about a half of a inch piece and is normally under the doc feeder unit. It will either be to the right side of the main copy board glass or it is under the doc feed unit where the paper goes down through the feeder. It is mostly some white out on the glass, just clean with a dam cloth with water or windex..... Good Luck
the document feeder of that unit have its own scanner glass. try opening the document feeder and clean the scanner glass with a lint free cloth that is moist with water and also clean the rollers of the document feeder
why not take the developer and drum units out of the skew copy one and put them in the other? At least that will tell you if dev/drum/toner is the problem....... Skew copies on the other...look for torn corners of paper tight in the end of feed chutes etc, sometimes clearing a jam will leave a bit in there enough to slow down that side of the feed.If you can see any rollers make sure they are closed and parallel to each other and clean...
