Question about Allied Telesyn AT 8024GB Networking Switch
I am not sure if this will work on your model of switch but I had the same problem with an AT-9410GB Switch and I called Allied Telesyn with the switch MAC address and they gave me the backdoor password.
You must have the MAC address of the switch, they will need it to find the backdoor password because not all Allied Telesyn switches have the same password or this option to begin with.

If the user name and password are not defaults, you will need to take the switch to a specialist who can get the details from the device.
That may cost more than enough, and it may be easier just to reset the device and reconfigure it.
