Question about Panasonic RR-US360 Digital Voice Recorder
Hi, I have a Panasonic RR-US430. It connects with my USB (sometimes), but when transferring the data from the recorder to my computer, it dumps me out of the program entirely to the all knowing "blue screen" which tells me that my computer's physical memory is being dumped and as we all know the only way out is a reboot. Sometimes upon connecting my recorder, I get an incompatible USB message. Uninstalling the program and reinstalling the program does not fix the problem either. I have even changed USB cables to no avail. If my boss would not insist on using the thing, I would throw it in the trash. Any help you can lend would be greatly appreciated. Please email any suggestions to firstname.lastname@example.org.
