- i have shifted from vista to xp but the wi fi drivers were not available with toshiba i have got installed drivers but the system was crashed .it is not able to reboot and the display is not visible process light is not blowing on but the cd drive is running. now i want to hoe to reset bios- Guest

- my mentioned model came with windows vista. i shifted to xp.sincse that time(14 days) i was disconnected to the internet.in device manager i found six not recognized drivers one of them is the internet card(ethernet controller) i have tried to drag some of these drivers on a flash/ cd & put them in to my laptop , but nothing hapened .please help.

check the bios to see if you can turn it on, this is a common problem othewise i would suspect that the ribbon cable has come loose or has broken
