Sony 400 GB Pen drive format or open problem (by 2 users)

I am in win XP operating system. My Pen Drive is detected but not open or formating. Model Sony 400 GB. Please reply to mmamun @desco.org.bd

There is no such thing as a 400GB pen drive as of yet.

Suggest a new solution for this problem
