PLUG OUT YOUR WEB CAM, RESTART YOUR PC, THEN LOAD THE DRIVERS FOR THE WEB CAM PROVIDED. REMEBER NOT TO PLUG YOUR WEB CAM USB IN SAME PORT YOU CONNECTED BEFORE, PLUG IT INTO OTHER ONE ONTOP OR BESIDE IT, PLUG IT.. IT WILL SEARCH FOR THE DRIVERS, SELECT ..AUTOMITICALLY INSTALL DRIVERS, HOPE IT WORKS
Here is the link to the website with the install discs of all manhattan cams I have also copied the instructions for your benefit.http://www.manhattan-support.com/driver-multimedia-cams.shtml 1. Make sure that the USB web camera is physically disconnected from your computer. 2. Insert Driver CD into cd-rom drive and allow autorun menu to appear. 3. Proceed with installation by explicitly following steps 1 through 3 of the autorun installation menu, restarting where necessary. 4. Connect the USB Web Camera to your PC. 5. Allow time for Camera drivers to be detected and installed. Ignore all Windows logo certification (or similar) messages and proceed with installation. Click on Windows Start Menu and execute the Pharoah Eye software application.note: make sure the camera is unplugged before installing. That should do it good luck,
certain web cams have probs with the drivers you got to mess with it at times like keep it unplugged from the usb and install it or keep it pluged in well installing it i would first try looking at the Manuel to see what they say about that cam or i can give you some updated drivers and if you dont mind me asking what operating system you using with it
