I have an GL 3280

I have an GL 3280 cell phone (TRACFONE). I can turn it on and the dislay comes up normally showing that it is one, number of minutes, etc. I cannot do anything else - I cannot dial, access a menu, turn it off, etc. Last week it worked normally.
