FM radio doesn't work (by 2 users)

my sagem shows 'rejected' message whey i try to turn on FM radio. The handsfree is connected but the problems is still there.
i've bought this phone few days earlier. at the beginning, the FM radio was working. suddenly it is showing this problem.
Pls someone help me.

When i want to go to camera, it says rejected. I have a new sim. It was normal before, bud now it doesn't want to open. Can you help me?
