Network Controller?!

i jus formatted my 4315 to XP.
and i download and installed everything for XP driver.
BUT, Network controller pops on my Device manager.
i dun know wat izzit at 1st but now i understand,
it was the Wireless connection. i cannot on My Wireless connection even i press the wireless button on/enable.
i download a couple of driver for Wireless connection but still dun work.
i m thinkin is there a "speciall way" to install wireless driver or sumthing?
or actually my Laptop wireless is broken?! zzzzzz pls help......... thanks... network controller
