To open a '.doc' file, you need to have installed either:
* Microsoft Word Viewer
* Microsoft Word
* Microsoft Office
installed on the client's computer.
Since this is not always the situation, you should look at converting the DOC file into a "compiled-help" file, since every Windows computer has access to the "help" subsystem.
