I have a kenwood receiver vr507 is the model my remote for the unit came with the receiver in the box the remote model is rc-r0720 now it wont work the receiver no more it was working fine and i move set it back up and thats when the remote stoped working please help thank you william

Assuming that you have tried changing the batteries in the remote (and put the batteries in the right way round) then the chances are that your remote control unit has failed.

Universal remote controls are widely available in electrical stores and on the internet. You will need to find the right set up code - you should be able to find the code on the same site.
