Question about SanDisk Sansa c250 (2 GB) MP3 Player (SDMX7-2048)
I have sansa c250 but my computer does not recognize i can only charge it but i cannot add songs or update my player.. i tried to solve by managing my computer then device management then looked for USB controllers that has sansa c250 but it is not there.. is there any other solution?.. please help.. tnx
Try this. Go into settings on your Sansa and make sure that it is in auto detect and not in MSC mode. Support kept telling me it had to be in MSC..the minute I changed it to Auto detect...whallaaa..it shows up every where..even in Rhapsody where it was freezing up and couldn't be recognized..

I have the same problems and did the same things you did until I update the Windows Media Player to 10. It works fine now.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
