Sorry for you. For protecting and finding back your lost phone, I would recommend an app called LEO Privacy: You can use your preserved number to send the commands to your lost phone and then find it. goo.gl/BCKwGq LEO Privacy Applock Hide Safe Android Apps on Google Play

Hello,
You just need file an complaint about your lost mobile to the police and also you must have your IMEI no..Now you can move to your operator with that FIR and tell your IMEI no by which they can trace and tell you the location in which the Mobile is present!!..Thank you...

Lock and Track your Stolen Mobile Hand Set Through IMEI Number

Do you know your mobile’s IMEI number? Just press * # 0 6 # in your mobile hand set, IMEI number will be displayed in your mobile hand set.
Keep the IMEI number safely at other place. This IMEI number is unique number for each mobile hand set. In case your mobile hand set will get stolen, you can track or unlock your mobile hand set through IMEI number.
First track your mobile through IMIE number here www.trackimei.com and report theft or loss.
If your mobile hand set got stolen, you need to do following things.
1. Submit FIR for your mobile loss, give details of hand set model, color, IMEI number etc.
2. Ask your service provider to track the mobile phone, your mobile phone will be tracked only if the thief are using your mobile hand set with any sim card. If the thief is keeping your mobile switched off, your service provider can not track the mobile hand set location. You should not expect muck cooperation from service provider or police to locate your phone.
3. If you are unable to find your mobile number, insure that at least your mobile handset is locked. The thief can not use (misuse) your mobile with any sim card. You should ask mobile service provider to lock your mobile through IMEI number.

My mobile was lost a few days ago how to trace my mobile through IMEI ( 352272010632775) number. please help me sir.

Hi , I am happy that you know your IMEI no. Its possible to trace a mobile if you have your lost phones IMEI no. First thing what you got to do is get your sim card disabled by your service provider. You need to go to your Service Provider and give them your cell phones IMEI no. Who ever has your cell phone will swich it on and put his sim in your mobile then your service provider will trace the mobile down.

I am really sorry that you were not responded by the Police. There's no other simpler way to track your lost mobile. I can refer you some online services websites to track lost mobile, but I can't guarantee you that they'll definitely help out. No matter, you can give a try with them. Click the links below and follow the instructions:
1. Trace Recover Lost Nokia Mobile
2. How to track your lost mobile without Police
3. How to track you stolen Mobile using MicroLMTs
4. Mobile Tracking Software or Free Mobile tracking software

Some are paid while some are not. I wish you good luck.

Thanks for using FixYa.

BLOCK STOLEN MOBILE USING IMEI NO.

Hi there.
Phone your service provider, tell them its been stolen, if its being used they will send a text to that phone which will disable it from being able to be used. As for tracking it has to have GPS installed in the original software.

Good luck and thanks for using Fixya!!

Lost mobile

As far as I know IMEI numbers are like registration numbers, they dont actually trace. I know with modems etc that have IMEI numbers they cant be traced. At telstra IMEI numbers were only like a registration number, my suggestion is to cancel the phone. only a suggestion though....
