What you need is more than the drivers. Go to HP.com, look under support and downloads, and download the install wizard for your printer and OS. Follow the directions exactly as plug and play will not work well, often.
Hello, not all of the P2015 Series printers support Automatic Duplexing. Are you sure you have the correct model printer? Only the P2015D/DN/X support this feature. Check the front cover, it will have the model listed... In the printer driver, check the device settings, see if duplexing is an option and enable it.
Check to make sure the printer isn't set to Offline mode, if is ok then it sounds like a driver problem, you need to uninstall the printer driver and then reinstall it again.
Your P2015D model has been around for awhile. Windows Vista is relatively new, therefore the installation CD may not have a driver for Vista. Try downloading a Vista driver from HP.com (free of charge). PCL6 is probably your best choice. Try the following link.
