I have connected my CanoScan

I have connected my CanoScan 8600F to my new computer which has vista and it won't accesss ArcSoft PhotoStudio when scanning slides and film.
I downloaded the program to update to vista from the web site but it would not install
I have the same problem.
This Problem has been added to the Share Your Expertise Page under "My Work Queue".

The problem is the driver

get yor vista driver here

please insure you download and install the ones for vista
