Okay.. I Turned The Camera Off To Let It Charge Over Night. When I Came To Turn It Back On, It Wont Power On. When I Put The Charger Back In, It Lights Up As Though It Is Still Charging But It WILL NOT TURN ON.

This happened with mine too. I grabbed the wrong charging cable when I went to charge my camera. The cable I grabbed was for another Kodak product I have so the ends are similar and stupidly I had them next to each other. When I plugged my camera in with the wrong cord it blew my circuit board. I had to take it in to find this out because when it was plugged in properly it acted like it was charging. The lights would light up but it wouldn't turn on. Take it in and have it checked. It only cost $10 for the repair shop to check out my camera. $180 for a new board though. Hope thats not what happened to yours. This happened with mine too.
