it's not a mobile phone problem..... contact your service provider and obtain your puk code from them. they will ask you for some details to ensure that the connection you are using is owned by you.
Alternatively you can search for your puk code on the sim package you obtained... just enter it and your mobile will start working.
Do not enter any code into your phone. The PUK code is a code that your service provider has and not one that you would know or have in your manual. If your an AT&T customer they do provide PUK on their website. If you have entered in a code and the phone is now saying PUK blocked you'll have to go to store to purchase a new SIM card.
contact your cellular service provider and ask for puk code, they will ask the number printed in your sim. if you give the number printed in your sim to them, they will provide an puk code. enter that puk code, your problem will be solved.
