Dear technical support Team,
I use a usb wireless modem from tata teleservices with speed+ software. Operating system is Win XP pro sp2 on this Dell Dimention 2400.I often find it difficult to access internet or it slows down after initial opening. Thinking that this is some latent virus problem, I have reformatted the partition and reinstalled windows. Slowness also seem to take place after updates for windows. Is this an inherent problem with the USB modem or with certain xp or with browser tool. Now I am using Flock. Is there a settings problem? Kindly help.
