Parallels and M2tw

I have installed parallels and medieval 2 total war they both seemed to load fine, however now when try to open M2tw it says an unidentified error has occurred. I have restarted my mac several time hoping that that was the problem, but it wasn't. my computer seems to meet all the requirements so i don't know what could be its issue.

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

You are going to need to unistall what you have installed.
