Generic problem for all Washing Machines

I am having a problem with my fuzzy logic 452 n.e.c 4.5kg
washer top load What happens is power is o.k the washer fills up on any setting but then it flashes L.E and starts pipping I have checked various things e.g overloading , checking if machine is stood on an even surface nothing changes it still does not go through any cycle apart from filling with water it is only 2 years old
