If you have a high pressure 2lb LP Gas System feeding your house, you will need and inline regulator for you grill.

If you have Natural Gas, the grill will have to be converted to Natural Gas. You can do this by changing burner orifices. You can purchase them from Brinkman. That is, if Brinkman approves the change to Natural Gas. Some gas grills aren't convertible.

Have brand new 810-3330-s brinkman grill main igniter is receiving no gas, is there a screw to adjust flame?

BEWARE: DO NOT TRY SUCH HAZARDOUS TRICKS YOURSELF AS LOCATING A SCREW TO ADJUST GAS PRESSURE. CONTACT THE DEALER OR AUTHORIZED CUSTOMER CARE.

Brinkmann grill

As long as the crossover channels do not leak at any point the gas should be getting to the other burners (assuming that the gas pressure is up to snuff). The next thing to check are the individual burner jet openings for clogs, and finally the flame spreaders should also be clean!

I have a brinkmann 3 burner grill, the middle burner flames, but the outside ones do not, i just bought it today. How do I light the outside burners?

I am not sure, but I think the Brinkman uses the ignitor to light one burner and the other burners light after the first one allowing the flame to "crossover".

Brinkmann Pro Series 2545 Assembly - The side burner valve nozzle does not fit firnly into the burner venturi. The venturi (pipe) is about 1 inch too short!

When you attached the side burner assembly to the grill frame, did you pull it forward before tightening the 4 bolts that hold it in place? If not this could account for part of the problem. The other would be how you routed the gas line hose from the 'Y' connector, to the side burner connection. If routed differently than what the assembly instructions indicate, you would come up short on the length.

In any event, your model grill has been discontinued by Brinkmann, but the warranty and some parts are still supported by the manufacturer. I'm assuming you just purchased this grill and are in the process of assembling it according to the Owners Manual. So, if you continue to have a problem contact Brinkmann's Customer Support Hotline 800-527-0717.

Hope this helped you. Please let me know. Thanks.

Bought the Brinkmann 5 Burner Grill Model 810-2545-W grill from WalMart last night and it did not come with the owners manual. No manual can be found on the Brinkmann website for this model.

Wendy, the easiest and fastest thing to do, if the Owners Manual for your model Brinkmann grill is not listed, is to call their Customer Support number 800-468-5252. And they will either send you one or email it to you with an attachment in pdf format, that you can download and print..

Hope this helped you. Please let me know and Happy Grilling!!

Everything is working fine.....I see a flame on the ingnitor...when I put in a match it lights... When I try to ignite it wiht the dial the spark is not getting fire.....the ignitor seemed to fall off...

The ignitor or as Brinkmann calls it, the Collector Box (it collects gas for the ignitor to light it) attaches to the inside of the front of the burner or grill box to the right of the first burner on the right. It attaches with a screw (which apparently had fallen out). I have included a link to your Owners Manual, which shows a drawing of your frill head, looking down into it from above on Page 26. This should visually help you.

One more thing. Brinkmann has discontinued your model. A limited number of parts are still available through Brinkmann, so take good care of your grill.

Hope this helped you.

Low flame

The newer type tank has an anti tip safety device. It gets all boo boo'd when the grill is moved around. Remove the tank. Open the valves on the grill and close them back. Re install the tank and slowly open the valve.

GRILLPRO 45,000 BTU, HARDLY WILL RUN, NOT A LOT OF FLAME

The gas burner needs to be scrubed to open the holes again. The transfer bar that lights the outside burners needs to be cleaned also. Make sure the tank is not cold and there is plenty of gas. Make sure the valve is all the way open on the tank. Its not a regulator problem if one of the burner lights and the others don't. Usually if you barbacue a lot the sauce drips down an creats crud on the burners. Just use a wire brush on the burners. You may have to take them out to scrub them good.
