I have had a E.8 error code on startup before but never an E9. The E.8 code is a mismatch on the password for the MOSS sheet or the System ID module may be bad. Since this happened on July 23 I hope the customer is back in business, if not contact me and I will try to help. Good Luck

Phone is displaying DHCP:discovery boot ver 02.01.00.04. Mitel phone was working perfectly until router changed to BT Hub. What can I do to resolve it?

You can download the TNA analyzer to test ports. Or your router is not giving dhcp to the phone. You can try to statically assign an IP address to. The phone.

Log on the internet and enter " password Busters" and you'll get several pages of downloads of software that will bust any password ever created. Microsoft has some good one's. Or if you're computer savey go into the computer and take out the little round battery. It keeps up the Volatile memory on the CMOS where the password is stored. With the exception of some few where it must come from the factory as ROM in the CPU. One of these methods should get it cleared out. dhgill

Toshiba satellite l300d, i am having this issue and have been up all night working on it, the toshiba satellite l300d with amd cpu was showing a black screen while responding otherwise, (lights fans etc)...

There's a good possibility it's the video card or motherboard. Have you tried pluging it in to a monitor? Some times the bord is more expensive and time consuming meany people I know that have had this problem just cut there losses. Sorry hate to be the bearer of bad news.

I feel your pain
Best of luck

No post to bios on new pc build

FIRST....... Make sure you remove the stock thermal compund (pasty/sticky stuff) from the bottom of the heat sink as well as from the top of the cpu.........

Second APPLY some ARCTIC SILVER 5 compound-ust a thin coat of it over the top of the cpu......use an old credit card.....keep it ff the sides and bottom though......it's important not to use too much........one little tube will do anywhere from 3 to 5 CPUs...!!!
(stock thermal paste/thermal compunds......**** BADLY and can cause a cpu to burn up)

reseat (properly) the cpu and carefull

Now make sure you're 24 pin or 20+4Pin Power connectors are connected, as well as your fans..........disconnect all your SATA Devices, and remove everything but the video card , CPU, and fans.......Now it should post (if all your jumpers are set correctly...........

IF it still doesn't post, remove the video card and reboot.

If it doesn't beep at all......... You have one of 2 things.........A DEAD CPU, or a DEAD MOBO

Fatal exception error

Those are just messages about the stream sockets closing without the protocol closing the connection cleanly. What that means is that the Data network is not configured correctly, I assume somebody made a change or upgraded a network switch and didn't configure it correctly.

No boot up

Try removing all memory except one board. If it does not come up switch boards. Still no luck, check power supply if you can or switch it with another. A power supply checker is pretty cheap, 10 to 15 dollars, and well worth the investment, although it is not foolproof. Try switching PS off, physically remove the BIOS backup battery, then replace it and try again. That should have cleared the BIOS back to factory defaults. It sounds like a memory problem, but as a last resort, you might reseat the CPU. The CPU fan runs, yes? Can you get some other memory to try? Well good luck!

Sounds like mb is not posting,
remove all cables to drives,
remove all cards except video , re-seat video.
remove all external devices keyboard, mouse , usb etc...
remove all but one stick of memory
re-seat the cpu
power up and if fans all turn and still no post then power down, clear bios jumper , swap memory
if fans turn and still no post pull memory ,power up does it beep,
if it does memory may be blown.
swap video card or cpu
at some point you wont be able to swap much without extra parts or help.
