You have put the keyboard in "Split" mode. In this mode you can assign a different voice for the left hand than the right.

The F# is the standard point to split the keyboard voices.

In the music data bases often a "style" is selected and if you select ACMP accompanyment, when you trigger a chord on the left hand it MAY start the rhythm... If you want an additional voice on the left over what the style is set to, you may have to independently select it.

Why is gm voice not playing?

Hello, You may want to reset your machine, all data and pre loaded programs, for this you must turn on your M50 press the global mode button, click on the top arrow next to (basic) select option 2, load pre-preloaded demo data, you then choose all (PCG and demo songs). press OK. Your Korg will re install all factory samples, data and settings. Once completed It will then instruct you to turn off your machine. give it a minute or so to self upgrade before turning it back on, once you turn it back on you should see updating panel notifications right and left, you should be able to use all of the sounds and combi's available for M50. that's a factory reset. I hope this helps, Have a great day.

The "G" note below Middle

The key contact has gotten contaminated. They are a black conductive rubber pill pressed against circuit traces on a board bellow the keys. Remove that key and maybe others to get at the contacts in silicone strips. Clean ONLY with 99% isoprophyl alcohol and Q tips. Clean both the pills (two per note) and the circuit traces they touch. You have to release the spring at the back of each key to remove the key.
