If there is CD in it and you want to get it out. Take a paper clip and unbend it. look for a small pinhole on the CD door and insert the clip through it. The door should eject. Check for any obstructions and try it again.

I used the paper clip to open the door. When I pushed the eject/close button for the drive it closed quickly. However, when I pushed the button again to eject the tray I can hear the 'motor' sounding as though it wants to work but the tray will not eject. Any suggestions?
