if the webcamera was working before , RESTORE the computer to some date was working before. If NOT, install the software with the CD coming with the computer or with the manager restoring coming too with from acer company.
First time when you bought your Extensa there was a CD [Acer CD] came with it . You need to insert that CD in the CD driver and install the webcam software . After webcam software installation is done , I recommed to reboot your system , so the installation process works properly . Now if the cam icon didn't appear on the desktop , then go to my computer icon and double click it . You must see the icon there . Just double click it to see , if it works properly .
If you can't find the CD , then you need to go to Acer website to download your cam software and then follow the above steps .

oh k.. so u mean whenever u start ur computer or whenever u work on it, it shows Blue screen... This blue screen is called BSOD Error (Blue Screen Of Death) It occurs due to several reasons but since u specified abt memory, this might be showing you Kernal Memory Dump, i hope.. Dont need to panic, try to start up computer in safe mode & restore it to previous known date at which u didn't had that problem.. It generally occurs after installing some new softwares or drivers that conflicts with the memory module.. so try to restore ur system else try removing ur newly installed software or driver... Hope this helped u out.. Thanks....
You should have observed that when you get a blue screen it says that some hardware or software change could have caused it. Thus when you installed the software there must have been some issues with the same. May be the company providing the s/w must have received similar complaints and the update could hav had files to prevent the blue screen.
The same happens with Microsoft as well. Some updates might cause blue screen which makes the system go crazy. Sometimes we might have to reinstall the OS as well.
Cheers !!! Your system is back to normal from the BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) !!!
You have a Microsoft product on your computer that has an improperly activated or blacklisted key. Did you have the machine worked on recently? Did you buy the machine used? Did you buy the Microsoft product new from a store? If you bought a retail copy of a Microsoft product (say Windows or Office) installed it and got this message after activating it, TAKE IT BACK TO THE STORE YOU BOUGHT IT FROM. Reputable stores will exchange it for another (you wont get your money back since you opened it already). If you had work done to your computer before this happened, contact the person who did the work for a solution. If you bought the machine used and the product was already on it, chances are its improperly activated. Do resolve this soon; the machine will get slower and slower, and you can't download and install service packs and updates from Microsoft's website.
