Question about Sub-Zero 632 / S
I cannot get the ice recepticle drawer back in the track of my Sub Zero freezer. The back wheels are in the track, but the front wheels are not. I can't figure out how to get them in.
It is a side by side
Unfortunately, you need defrost freezer - put freezer thermostat on OFF. You possibly got broken ice tray or damaged sliders.Or leak in ice maker area. Till you defrost that compartment - no chance to pull tray out.
