Hi
It might just be stuck. If you view the CD/DVD drive from the fron you'll see a small hole. Use a needle or paperclip and press gently into the hole and it should open. You can also try the following
Open My computer Right Click on the CD/DVD drive in question Click on Eject and it should open. If not there might be some damage to the internals of the CD/DVD drive. You can still open it with the paperclip trick

How do I get my Samsung VCR VR8508 to eject when I tell it to ?

Push the eject button once or twice. Do the same on remote control. If that doesn’t work there must be a malfunction with the player.

The disc draw doesn`t open when i press the open button

standing up or laying down?
when standing they sometimes stick, lay it down and if it still won't open then press down on the casing just above the eject button.
if that doesn't work then the unit will have to be opened, the dvd drive taken apart and completely cleaned.

Cd in macbook wont ejec

This can be a problem. First try rebooting the machine, and holding the eject button when you hear the startup tone. Hopefully, that will force-eject it.
If that doesn't work, you'll need to get creative. Get a playing card or something similar, and put some rolled-over tape on one side close to the edge, so there's a sticky side out. Turn the computer off, and try to get the playing card into the CD drive, with the tape making contact with the stuck CD. Reboot, holding the eject button when you hear the eject button again, and pulling the card out. Hopefully, the CD will come out with the card. If it doesn't work, just keep trying, and you'll get it out eventually.
Generally what causes this is keeping CDs in the computer for an extended period of time, especially while the computer is powered off. Make sure you remove all CDs before moving or turning off your computer.

I have a dell vostro 1510 and can't get my cd out. When I click on the eject button, it lights up, but nothing happens.

What you might try is going to "My Computer" or "Computer", right clicking on the CD drive, and clicking "Eject". If that doesn't work, go find yourself a fairly small paper clip, stretch it out, and use it to poke that little hole on the disc drive itself that is a manual eject device.

Cd stuck in player

Some cars have a small hole next to the CD opening where you can place a paperclip and the CD will eject. If there is not one or that method doesn't work you will have to risk damaging your CD. Place a paper clip into the opening, underneath the CD and push it up while pressing the eject button.

How do I open and close my dvd player using the remote control

This Model doesn't have an Eject Function on the Remote Control.

They work on the principal that if you're changing the DVD then you'll be by the Player anyway to use that Eject Button.

Well we have a acer computer and the cd drive is stuck

If pressing the eject button does not eject the tray, look for the small pin hole on the cd drive and insert a paper clip to press that hole. It would manually eject your CD tray. Hope this helps.
