It says I am out of black ink, but I have replaced it. I even took the first ink cartridge back and replaced it with another new one. It still says I am out of black ink. Thanks!
I have tried the solutions for black ink needs replaced but now all I get is "no cartridge - open scanner cover and reinstall ink cartridge". I have replaced all the cartridges - cleaned it manually. Does this mean I have to buy a new one? Thanks for help you can give me.
i got something like that too .. it was my yellow ink which was doing it ... at a point i was so fed up that i put another blue cartridge and you know what .. it works ... so it means that the brand new yellow that i bought before was not even good !!! WOW .. way to go Brother !

By the way .. i meant that i put a blue cartridge where it was supposed to be yellow .. since i did not have another filled up yellow
