Audio stopped working on webcam

Hello,

Try updating the drivers in your computer. It's usually a sound driver issue. You can get the driver in the website of your computer's manufacturer or you can use RadarSync to scan your computer and locate the drivers. You can also use it to update all drivers automatically.

I hope this helps!

Out put sound

If your computer came with a motherboard disc the sound drivers could be on it
Click start control panel administrative tools computer management device manager scroll to sound video and game controllers you might see a yellow question exclamation mark? ! or a red X Right click to reinstall drivers. Click start control panel sounds and audio volume advanced speakers make sure you have selected the (appropriate speakers) also audio you will find 3 drop down lists make sure you have selected the correct speaker settings.
Click start control panel sounds and audio devices select advanced there might be a tick in the mute box untick it.
If his does not fix the problem Click start control panel sounds and audio devices you can adjust the volume there also select speaker volume. You can change your settings there you can also tick in the box place icon in taskbar for any further volume control settings you will need to right click on the speaker volume icon system select adjust volume Click start control panel sounds and audio volume advanced speakers select the appropriate speakers from the drop down list or navigate to the device manager scroll to system devices + to expand system speaker right click properties then select use this device (enable) also you might check the speaker plug/outlets they are usually at the side of the laptop.

You will have to open up the computer to check the lead attached to the rear of the input plug make

sure the connection is good with no dust as dust causes static electricity Clean your computer of dust using a fine air blower from a compressor making VERY sure that there is

no MOISTURE in the air line specifically around the sound card and the CPU central processing unit.

dust causes static to build up in a computer http://download.cnet.com/2000-20_4.html on the home page you should see a search tab just type in what you are looking for IE: motherboard name audio driver you might have to try a few times to get it right for windows 7 Click start right click on computer select properties then device manager scroll to sound and video game controllers if you see a yellow question/exclamation mark or a red X the driver will need to update drivers Click start right click on computer select properties then device manager scroll to sound and video if you right click on sound and video then on high definition audio device select update driver software Click start control panel hardware and sound manage audio devices right click on your speaker select configure speakers. Right click on the speaker icon in the bottom taskbar you will see an array of options select playback devices make sure it has a green tick and the correct speakers are selected be updated. If you computer came with a motherboard disk the drivers could be on it although once speakers are connected widows 7 should automatically update the drivers Click start control panel hardware and sound manage audio devices playback you might have to set a default go for via high definition audio then right click on speaker You might have to configure them then select properties you will see tabs general level in this tab make sure your settings are loud enough also enhancements and advanced from the drop down list in the advanced tab select dvd quality or another then apply Hope this helps

I have some multi speakers but the volume not coming out

You don't give me much to go on so here is everything that I can think of:

Remember that there are two volume settings. The volume knob on the speakers and the volume in the computer. Make sure the speaker and computer volume is up and Mute is off.

Make sure the speakers have power. Most of them have a light to show that they are on.

Make sure the speakers are plugged into the the right port on the computer. The audio out port is usually color-coded green.

You can plug a pair of headphones into the computers audio port to see if they work. This will tell you if the problem is with the computer or the speakers. (Don't put the headphones on for this test, the sound might be very loud.)

The last thing would be if a sound driver is not installed on your computer. If you have a sound driver there is usually a small speaker icon next to your clock. No speaker icon and you may need a driver. You can download a sound/audio driver from your computer manufacturer's website.

I hope this helps.

Skype video and chat

What are the specs of the computer you're using? Skype need a pretty good computer and a good bit of memory RAM to operate on a computer really well. Older computers just won't run Skype well.

Help..no sound

Friend there are two possible problem and two possible solution in your computer.
First problem is that the volume control of your computer is lowered that you can't hear any sound. The solution is to find the possible volume controls in your computer. If you are using windows OS, Go to the CONTROL PANEL in your computer and double click Sounds and Audio Devices then check the level of your volume, also check if they are muted.
Here's how you do it:
Click START then point the arrow to settings click CONTROL PANEL then double click Sounds and Audio Device.
The next possible problem about your computer is when it is infected with virus. Having a computer infected with virus will affect some or in worst case all the functions of your computer.
The possible solution to this problem is to Reinstall the driver for your cam, but before you do that you must clean your computer with an updated antivirus program. reinstalling cam drivers is easy, just read carefully and follow the instruction prompted by the screen on your computer. In the case of the antivirus program you can download it through the internet.

P.S. if it helps you please don't forget to rate me.

I have this same problem with my computer.  The only way I have been able to get sound back is to uninstall the drivers.  It sucks because I have to re install them everytime I use my logitech camera.  I have a HP laptop.   I hope someone has a better solution.
