Question about Lexmark T640 Laser Printer
When printing statements for my customers, the address is too high on the statement form and doesn't show in the envelope window. I need to move the printing down a little bit but don't know how.
Sorry for the delay, but I'm new to this site and still trying to figure out how this site works.
OK, are you printing this envelope field from an application such as Word or from an application that sends explicit cursor move commands?
Are you using the correct envelope definition?
Can you do a "Print To File" from the print page menu and then send the failing print job to me so I can look at the file in binary format and see what information is actually being sent to the printer.
My e-mail address is email@example.com.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
