You need to replace the battery on the motherboard. It is dead and the computer is reading the original bios date/time for the board. The battery is usually a 3 v model CR2032. The cost is about $3-5.

Computer clock resets to 1 Jan 2002 when I switch off? How do I reset the BIOS to default?

When you get the BIOS POST screen you need to press either "f2" or "Del" then look for the "Default setting" selection. The chances are that the cmos battery has failed. a new one is very cheap and easy to fit. It about the size of a Quarter or a ten pence piece. Good luck.

Camera resets DATE and Time to Jan 2002 when

Some of these cameras cannot save the date, and has no internal battery to save the data. The best solution I have use is to buy another battery with these kinds of cameras and always have one charging, or take two batteries when you take pictures.
These older point and shoot cameras are nice, and slower than the newer ones, but will not save the data unless you keep the main battery in it, or replace the one to be charged with another battery within a very short time.

Car will not start it turns over 2002 sante fe

Whenever the 'CHECK ENGINE' (Service Engine Soon) light comes on, the ECU (Engine Control Unit) sets a Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC). These codes identify the particular engine management system which caused the light to come on.
You'll need to use/find an OBDII (On-Board Diagnostic) Scanner to retrieve any code which have been stored in the ECU computer. Afterward, we might be able to help you DIAGNOSE the problem and perhaps eventually fix the problem.

Had the clutch replaced car starts find but will shut off

NUMEROUS POSSIBLE CAUSES! Does the Check Engine light come ON when this happens? Whenever the "Check Engine" light comes on, there is always a DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) stored in the ECM (Engine Control Module). You'll need an OBDII (On-Board-Diagnostics) scanner to retrieve any codes recorded/set in ECM. Once you do this and let us know what, if any codes are set, then we can go from there.

Bios date and time problem

You need to replace the cmos battery in your computer. Theu are usually Cr2032 batteries which you should be able to pick up for about £1.

unplug your computer and open the case.
When you look at the motherboard you should be able to easily locate the cmos battery cliped onto the mobo.
Take the old battery out and insert the new one.
put the case back on and plug the pc into the mains again.
You will need to re-enter the date etc the next time you boot up, but the settings should be retained after that.

My computer went back to older clock date as 1610

try starting your computer in safe mode and see if you can do anything productive there, like scanning for viruses or spyware. also check if you can do the following:
CTRL+ALT+DEL (open task manager)
goto Start>Run>Regedit (open registry editor)
goto Start>Control Panel>Display>Properties (change display settings)
right click on clock at tray and change the current time to correct settings

if you cannot do any of these activities, then your computer may probably been compromised by a virus or malware.
