Hello The Sled Motor is defective. this is the motor, whic spins the disc as it has been loaded properly. If the loader mechanism loads the disc properly into place and if the catch up magnet catches the disc in place, and still the dis do not spins, replace the sled motor. OK.
there is some problems with your optical lens that is why not spinning or reading data on disc. before change the lens adjust first the two trimmer for DVD and CD adjustment for laser beam.
This is due to faulty DVD lens/head. Try cleaning it with DVD/CD hed
cleaning CDs.If still the problem persists, contact near by service
center for replacing the faulty Lens.
no try to open the cover and inspect anything stuck in loading mechanisum.check the all reed swiches and clean all if they are dusty.
