I can't get the printer to print from the computer....

The printer will only copy and when it says to push the up or down arrow to changethe setting I can't get it toprint from the computer

I have the same problem.

Try reinstalling the software cd, 1st uninstall from control panel then go to program files n delete the lexmark folder, restart your pc and then reinstall the software
