It seems that there's a failure with the microphone or you have something blocking it physically, i.e. skin covers o cases, if the mic is failing you should take it to an authorized service center for repair.

I can't hear peoples voices when they call. The volume only works for the ringer

If you want to change volume of the caller's voice, then try adjusting the volume control WHILE you are actually talking on the phone during a call.

If you try to adjust the volume when there is no call in progress, then the volume controls will only change the ringer volume.

If you provide the exact model number of your particular device, then we may also be able to provide you with the User's Manual for your phone.

I hope that was helpful Loli.

Good luck and take care.

I can hear callers but they cannot hear me. Mute is not engaged,

Please see the link below for the User's Guide.

• Headset is muted. Long press (3 sec.) the volume down button on headset to unmute the microphone. See page 16.
• Improper positioning of voice tube. Try various other positions.
• Voice tube may be clogged. Remove voice tube and test to see if callers can hear you without it. If they can, then replace the clogged voice tube. See page 18.
• Speaking volume is too low. Increase the speaking volume by
adjusting the speaking volume minor adjust buttons on the base unit as described on page 16. If the volume is still too low, select another speaking volume major adjust setting as described on page 16.
• Incorrect configuration dial setting for your phone. Try other
phone configuration dial settings on the base unit. Ensure the
selected number is in line with the position indicator. See page 14.

It is very low voice to other people

Just increase the volume of your phone, because you are probably clearly hear them speak but the tone of your phone is low, that is why they cant hear your clearly as you might expect.
Check on the phone tone/volume.

How do i increase the volume ob the receiver, not the ringer volume ,voice while speaking as i cant hear the other party loud enough

When you are talking on the phone (or listening to a dial tone), the volume control works to control the volume of the receiver. When the phone is not being used, the volume control is used to control the volume of the ringer.

When i call someone they can hear me but i cant hear them what should i do

Hi

first ill suggest if your phone is under warnety then kindly go for support from where you buy, it is much better to utilize your warranty claims on first priority. If your warranty is expire then do the following steps

  1. On the side panel of your phone their is volume key button for increasing or decreasing voice check weather it is not too much low by increasing the volume
  2. you can also check your phone speaker by recording your own voice in , just find this icon in your main menu da6b529.jpg Record your own voice and listen if you are getting your voice clear. or play any ring-tone if your listening any sound from the speaker that mean your speaker is okey.
Note : we often get these problem in mobile communication that we can listen voice of a caller or caller cant able to listen our voice it is because of the disturbance in communication signals, or low signals in high traffic areas.

From all of the above attempts you still not getting any voice from your phone speaker then might be your speaker is not working and you have to replace it , contact authorized samsung hardware support and change your phone speaker .

Thanks
