I work at an AT&T store--if you were to bring this into the store we would check to see if it would accept a charge from another charger we have in the store. If it does accept the charge we would see how long you have had the phone. If you've had the phone for less than one year the charger is under manufacturer warranty and an AT&T Corporate store would replace the charger for free. If you are out of warranty you would have to purchase a new charger.

If the phone does accept the charge from our charger--it would be deemed a "phone problem" same thing--if your phone is less than one year old, and there is no physical damage we would replace it via warranty which is (1-800-801-1101) If it is not under warranty we would then check if you had insurance (if you do have insurance it's a 50$ deductible to appear on your next month bill.) if you don't have insurance we would check to see if you're eligible for upgrade. (You can dial *NEW# from your cell phone for a free text to see upgrade date.) If you're eligible for upgrade you can get a new phone discounted to you if you agree to sign a new two year contract. If you're not down to sign--then you're stuck using an old AT&T phone you may have, or buying one at the no commitment price.

:)

My nokia phone isnt excepting a charge it say charger not recognised? can you help

Does it do this with all chargers, or just one?
Typically, this happens when a charger is failing, but the phone is OK.

If the charger isn't providing enough power (mA) to the phone, then the phone will refuse to charge so it doesn't damage the battery.

If you have a friend with the same phone, try using their charger. You may also want to buy a car charger ($10-$15 at Walgreens) and try that.

If it's happening with all chargers, then the protect circuit in the phone has failed, and there's not much that you can do but replace the phone.

Blackberry wont light up after connecting to

Hello,

the battery is very low that's why. The battery cell is weak such that it cannot be power up with charger. Except you use a desktop charger to wake the battery cell, then you can continue the charging with your charger.

Also you can leave the charger in the mouth of the black berry for some hour as it might still power up the battery.

There is nothing to worry about. Its a battery issue.

Take care.

Base phone not charging even when phone left in phone base overninght

take a volt meter and check the contacts the phone sits on in the base station, there should be around 5 volts DC there, if there is I would replace the batteries in the phone, if there is no voltage at the charging contacts in the base then the base station is defective, another quick way to determine the cause of the problem is take the phone out of the base station and put it into one of the other phones chargers, then if the phone does charge up the base station charger is defective, u will need to replace the phone or not use the base station for charging. these are not repaired except under factory warranty.

When I plug my charger in there are no bars going up and down on the display showing that it is charging. This is after I accidently plugged in the wrong charger and heard a pop. The phone shut off after...

I would suggest just using the phone until you wear the battery down and then put it back on the charger and charge it up over night and see if it charges. If that works then probably the pop you heard was the part of the display that shows the bars going up blowing out but at least the phone will work for you.

Is it normal for my Garmin Nuvi 756T battery to go flat after only 30 minutes?

No. You can expect up to 4 hours of use - depending on the battery's state of charge, level of back lighting, use of Bluetooth or playing MP3s - all of which reduce battery life.

Try fully charging the battery overnight via USB cable to a computer. This will fully charge the battery, and afterwards, the car charger should keep the battery fully charged - provided you do not allow it to fully discharge. If it does, the car charger may not be able to charge the battery until it is charged via USB again.

Phone will not charge at all have charged battery in another phoneso not battery or charger phone is a nokia 6220 classic

Well, if you are saying that the phone is not charging the battery you put in it except you put the battery in another phone then will it charge,

1, Maybe you could check if the charger itself is bad.
2, Charger socket on the phone is faulty.
3, See if there is something like dust on the inside of the charging pot, then you forcefully blow breeze into it.
4, Finally, if non of these works, it means you need to go to a repairer to change the charging pot.
